What to Expect
The target audience includes oncology nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and nurse specialists working in all phases of oncology care. The typical attendee has years of experience and is integral in the decisions regarding medications, supplies, and equipment for the management of cancer patients.
Exhibits are valued by attendees of the Advanced Practice Providers Oncology Summit. By providing an opportunity to learn about the products and services that can help improve the quality, safety, and outcomes of oncology care, exhibitors make a vital contribution to our organizational mission and to the overall experience of the attendees. Traffic in the exhibitor hall will be maximized with ample exhibit hours, daytime meals and breaks served in the exhibit hall and strong acknowledgment from the planning committee.
Table Top Exhibit
Exhibit Fee ($3,700 in most locations - $4,700 in Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale, and Seattle)
Table Top Exhibits are an integral part of the conference venue and valued by attendees. Exhibits are valued by attendees. Exhibits provide an opportunity to learn about the products and services that can help improve the quality, safety, and outcomes of oncology care. Exhibitors make a vital contribution to our organizational mission and to the overall experience of the attendees. Traffic in the exhibitor hall will be maximized with ample exhibit hours and strong acknowledgment from the planning committee. The Exhibit Hall is in a separate room from the General Session.
Table Top Exhibits are granted on a first-come, first serve basis. Exhibit tables are required to be set up for Friday and Saturday.
- Complimentary registrations for two (2) company representatives to attend (does not include registration for CE/CME credit)
- One (1) Regulation table and chair
- Acknowledgement on conference materials
- At least 3.5 hours of exhibit time
- Pre-post registration list (based on the ACCME Standards: Accredited providers are expected to implement the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education by January 1, 2022. Per Standard 2.3)
*CE credit are not included with Exhibitor registration. Each individual must be registered as a conference attendee in order to receive credit.

Sponsorship Fee: $2,000
This sponsor package will get your company noticed and it’s a favorite of conference attendees.
Wi-Fi Sponsorship includes:
Providing Wi-Fi for all devices in the General Session Room, Exhibit Hall, Symposium/Product Theater
Maximize company visibility on large signs at the Registration Desk and in the Exhibit Hall stating “Wi-Fi provided by “YOUR COMPANY NAME”
Acknowledgment within conference materials

SPONSORSHIP FEE: $2,250
This sponsorship package will offer the following:
• Company sponsorship acknowledgment by HCME and sponsor logo will be displayed on the conference home page.
• Increase visibility by displaying information you want to share whether it’s a message, logo or banners in high visibility areas
• Scheduled notifications during the APP conference
• Format: 1242x2208px PNG-24
• Get your marketing message to all conference attendees via push notifications
• Notification to hyperlink for up to four (4) downloadable re-sources (URLs and/or PDFs)
• Character count of 50 (with spaces) for the notification message to clinicians
• Copy(s) of available slide presentations upon request
• One (1) complimentary name badge for representative

Sponsored Dinner Invitation
Sponsorship Fee: $7,000 in most locations - $9,000 in Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, New York, Miami, San Francisco. Scottsdale, and Seattle.
Offer a dinner program to attendees on Friday evening. Your company is responsible for implementing the entire event. This includes the planning, logistics, content, and venue selection of the dinner event. Horizon CME will provide the sending of the invitation to the registered attendees. A follow-up reminder will be sent the week of the conference, and on Friday of the conference, the event is announced to the attendees at the beginning of the day.
The Sponsored Dinner Invitation includes:
Horizon CME will send the electronic dinner invitations to registered attendees.
Horizon CME give supporting company an option to handle the RSVPs or Horizon CME handles RSVPs.
- Horizon CME is not involved in the planning of the venue, speaker, and topic in this process as
this is a Non-CME event Product Theater.
- Complimentary registrations for two (2) company representatives to attend the conference .
This does not include CME credit if you need credit you must apply separately at a fee for Industry Employee.

Sponsorship Fee: $22,500 in most locations - $29,500 in Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale, and Seattle
This is an opportunity to provide information and demonstrations from recent research on products and/or drugs to a targeted group of decision-makers in the field of oncology.
Included with Symposium
- Meeting room, podium, meeting room setup, onsite technician, and basic audio-visuals (refer to application)*
- Complimentary registrations for two (2) company representatives to attend conference. This does not include CME Credit. If you need credit you must apply separately at a fee for Industry Employee.
- Approved symposium included on promotional materials.
- Flyer insert, provided by sponsoring company, to be placed in Registration Packets.
- Limited to 50-minute Non-CME presentation.
- Pre-post registration list (based on the ACCME Standards: Accredited providers are expected to implement the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education by January 1, 2002. Per Standard 2.3).

Important Symposium Information
- All symposia assignments require prior approval by APPOS.
- Continuing education contact hours cannot be provided by APPOS.
- Sponsoring company must arrange speaker and presentation logistics independent of APPOS.
- Non-CE Symposia sessions can address a specific drug or product once approved.

Non CE/CME Breakfast Symposium/Product Theater
SPONSORSHIP FEE: $15,000 ($18,500 IN ATLANTA, CHICAGO, HONOLULU, MIAMI, NEW YORK, SAN FRANCISCO, SCOTTSDALE, AND SEATTLE)
This is an opportunity to provide information and demonstrations from recent research on products and/or drugs to a targeted group of decision-makers in the field of oncology.
Included with Symposium
- 45 or 50-minute presentation which includes questions/answers on Saturday morning ·
- Times can range from 7:00am-7:45am; 7:15am-8:00am
- This is a Non-CE program. Contact hours cannot be provided
- Exclusive session only one presentation offered during the designated Symposium/Product Theater slotted time
- Sponsoring company is responsible for the selection of topic, selection, and expenses of the speaker(s), and any additional expense for audiovisual equipment outside of what we provide (Horizon CME provides projector, fast-fold screen proportion to the room size, 50” confidence monitor, laptop, perfect cue, audio console, podium, microphone, and an AV technician)
- Application must be returned as soon as possible to secure a Symposium slot. Applications are approved based on the first received basis

- Meeting room rental, podium, and room set-up.

IMPORTANT:
Symposium/Product Theater applications are approved in the order they are received. To ensure you are considered for a selected location, please send in the application as soon as possible. A requested “hold” does not guarantee your request. In order to ensure compliance with ACCME accreditation standards and prevent any perception or semblance of impropriety as it relates to the independence of CME activities, it is Horizon CME’s policy that faculty cannot serve as speakers on promotional talks at the same conference they are serving as a planning committee member or faculty. Conference planning committee members and faculty can be found on the conference registration website. However, please check with Horizon CME should you have questions. To ensure compliance with this policy, please submit information with topic/speaker to Horizon CME as early as possible to avoid conflicts and to ensure time to change speakers should a conflict arise. Our goal is to maintain a great working relationship with our sponsors as well as to ensure we are all operating in compliance with the ACCME guidelines.
Hospitality Suite
Hospitality Suite Available at selected locations Fee: $8500 per day most locations ($10,000 per day Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale, & Seattle) This is an opportunity to network by hosting this option and have a change to connect with clinicians in an intimate setting.
What will happen: •
- You will stand out from other Exhibitors and Sponsors by having a private room in the vicinity of the conference
- Ability to mingle with clinicians
- Develop and augment networking with clinicians
- Have a Flyer Insert to personally invite attendees to your Hospitality Suite at the conference
- Horizon CME audiovisual team will provide you with charging stations included in the sponsorship fee

Flyer Insert
Fee: $750
Educate attendees on a specific product or service from your company with a insert that will be included in the clinician’s registration materials. Company provides:
• One 8.5” x 11” single sided or double-sided flyer
• Materials must be created and shipped by the sponsor to designated venue
Note: The company should mail to the conference venue approximately 125 inserts to the included in the conference registration packet. Does not include a badge for conference attendance
