Fee: $8500 per day most locations ($10,000 per day Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale, & Seattle)

This is an opportunity to network by hosting this option and have a change to connect with clinicians in an intimate setting.

What will happen:

•You will stand out from other Exhibitors and Sponsors by having a private room in the vicinity of the conference

• Ability to mingle with clinicians

• Develop and augment networking with clinicians

• Have a Flyer Insert to personally invite attendees to your Hospitality Suite at the conference

• Horizon CME audiovisual team will provide you with charging stations included in the sponsorship fee

Fee inclusions:

• Flyer Insert invitation to be included in the registration packet

• Meeting room rental, set up, charging stations

• Two (2) sponsor registrations, badges upon request, CME credit not included

Important Note:

Additional audiovisual fees may apply at union properties

Not all locations this sponsorship will be offered due to location of venue meeting space
