Table Top Exhibit
Exhibit Fee ($3,700 in most locations - $4,700 in Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale, and Seattle)
Table Top Exhibits are an integral part of the conference venue and valued by attendees. Exhibits are valued by attendees. Exhibits provide an opportunity to learn about the products and services that can help improve the quality, safety, and outcomes of oncology care. Exhibitors make a vital contribution to our organizational mission and to the overall experience of the attendees. Traffic in the exhibitor hall will be maximized with ample exhibit hours and strong acknowledgment from the planning committee. The Exhibit Hall is in a separate room from the General Session.
Table Top Exhibits are granted on a first-come, first serve basis. Exhibit tables are required to be set up for Friday and Saturday.
- Complimentary registrations for two (2) company representatives to attend (does not include registration for CE/CME credit)
- One (1) Regulation table and chair
- Acknowledgement on conference materials
- At least 3.5 hours of exhibit time
- Pre-post registration list (based on the ACCME Standards: Accredited providers are expected to implement the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education by January 1, 2022. Per Standard 2.3)
*CE credit are not included with Exhibitor registration. Each individual must be registered as a conference attendee in order to receive credit.
