Non CE/CME Lunch Symposium/Product Theater

Sponsorship Fee: $22,500 in most locations - $29,500 in Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Scottsdale, and Seattle

This is an opportunity to provide information and demonstrations from recent research on products and/or drugs to a targeted group of decision-makers in the field of oncology.

Included with Symposium

  • Meeting room, podium, meeting room setup, onsite technician, and basic audio-visuals (refer to application)*
  • Complimentary registrations for two (2) company representatives to attend conference. This does not include CME Credit. If you need credit you must apply separately at a fee for Industry Employee.
  • Approved symposium included on promotional materials.
  • Flyer insert, provided by sponsoring company, to be placed in Registration Packets.
  • Limited to 50-minute Non-CME presentation.
  • Pre-post registration list (based on the ACCME Standards: Accredited providers are expected to implement the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education by January 1, 2002. Per Standard 2.3).

Important Symposium Information

  • All symposia assignments require prior approval by APPOS.
  • Continuing education contact hours cannot be provided by APPOS.
  • Sponsoring company must arrange speaker and presentation logistics independent of APPOS.
  • Non-CE Symposia sessions can address a specific drug or product once approved.
  • Table Top Exhibit is not included. Exhibit table registration is available for an additional fee. (price varies per location)
