SPONSORSHIP FEE: $15,000 ($18,500 IN ATLANTA, CHICAGO, HONOLULU, MIAMI, NEW YORK, SAN FRANCISCO, SCOTTSDALE, AND SEATTLE)
This is an opportunity to provide information and demonstrations from recent research on products and/or drugs to a targeted group of decision-makers in the field of oncology.
Included with Symposium
- 45 or 50-minute presentation which includes questions/answers on Saturday morning ·
- Times can range from 7:00am-7:45am; 7:15am-8:00am
- This is a Non-CE program. Contact hours cannot be provided
- Exclusive session only one presentation offered during the designated Symposium/Product Theater slotted time
- Sponsoring company is responsible for the selection of topic, selection, and expenses of the speaker(s), and any additional expense for audiovisual equipment outside of what we provide (Horizon CME provides projector, fast-fold screen proportion to the room size, 50” confidence monitor, laptop, perfect cue, audio console, podium, microphone, and an AV technician)
- Application must be returned as soon as possible to secure a Symposium slot. Applications are approved based on the first received basis
Fee Inclusions:
- Meeting space for presentation
- Meeting room rental, podium, and room set-up.
- Basic audiovisuals included (projector, fast-fold screen proportion to the room size, 50” confidence monitor, laptop, perfect cue, audio console, podium, microphone, and an AV technician)
- Two (2) sponsor registrations, badges upon request, CME credit not included
- Topic/Speaker/Sponsorship included on conference materials and APP Oncology Summit website

1. Exhibit Tabletop space is not included. Exhibit Tabletop is available at an additional fee
2. Additional AV fees may apply at union properties

IMPORTANT:
Symposium/Product Theater applications are approved in the order they are received. To ensure you are considered for a selected location, please send in the application as soon as possible. A requested “hold” does not guarantee your request. In order to ensure compliance with ACCME accreditation standards and prevent any perception or semblance of impropriety as it relates to the independence of CME activities, it is Horizon CME’s policy that faculty cannot serve as speakers on promotional talks at the same conference they are serving as a planning committee member or faculty. Conference planning committee members and faculty can be found on the conference registration website. However, please check with Horizon CME should you have questions. To ensure compliance with this policy, please submit information with topic/speaker to Horizon CME as early as possible to avoid conflicts and to ensure time to change speakers should a conflict arise. Our goal is to maintain a great working relationship with our sponsors as well as to ensure we are all operating in compliance with the ACCME guidelines.
