Conference Guide Back Cover Ad Page Sponsorship Fee: $1500 (limited to one company)

What is included:

• One complimentary badge to attend the conference (CE credit is not included)

• One full page four (4) color advertisement on the back cover of the on-site attendee Conference Guide acknowledging your company’s support (see Example below)

• Pre-post registration list (based on the ACCME Standards: Accredited providers are expected to implement the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education by January 1, 2022. Per Standard 2.3)

• Access to attend any of the presentations

What we need three (3) weeks prior to the conference date:
